Decorating The Christmas Tree
I haven't been feeling well today so I'm catching up on homework and MDS'ing. Here is a two-page spread I made using this layout and this layout as inspiration.

MDS Blog Hop: Multi-Colored Stamps
This is a card I originally designed for my online MDS class. I used the coloring tool to add some cute detail to the owl and to highlight the "you" from the greeting stamp. I'm busy getting ready to go to a stamping event this weekend so this will be short. Make sure you go check out what the other ladies have designed this week!

Out Of Candy Halloween Door Sign
Don't you hate it on Halloween when you are out of candy but the doorbell keeps ringing every five minutes? Here's a good solution for that-- a cute sign you can hang on your door that lets kids know to move on to the next house. You can even put this up if you just aren't going to be home for the evening (though your neighbors might wonder how you ran out of candy at 6pm).
One of my favorite things about MDS 2 are the new stamp sets that are in SVG format. Basically it means that you can use them as large as you want! So I increased the size of this bat from the Tricky Treats Stamp Brush Set and used the Coloring Tool to add some Tangerine Tango to the image. I love the result! I also cropped the "eeek" image from another stamp in the set.
Today in my online class (My Secret Studio) I show how to get the most out of your embellishments now that they have a crop feature in MDS 2. Come play with us!

MDS Blog Hop: Holiday Catalog
Today we are showcasing projects made using product from the new Holiday Catalog. My layout was super easy to make because I used a template that comes with the Toxic Treats Stamp Brush Set.
To make the two-page spread, all I did was go up to the Insert menu,
then clicked "Insert Duplicate Page Mirrored." As you can see, I moved
the elements around on the mirrored page, but this made it super easy to
coordinate my two pages.
If you are interested in my online "My Secret Studio" class, every Friday I show a bonus project using the MDS Blog Hop theme- so today it's MORE Holiday Mini digital products! Click here to join.

We have a new member of the Blog Hop from now on! Please welcome Kimberly Van Diepen to the group. :)
