10+ Photos Challenge

These weekly challenges are so much fun!

Guess what? My layout was an honorable mention for last week's challenge! Go see the winner and other honorable mentions here.

This week's challenge at MyDigitalStudio.net was to create a layout using 10 photos. That was the original plan on this layout, but I ended up combining two boxes to create the long box so I could include a long picture. I think I will use this page as the cover of Esper's Year 2 album.

MDS Blog Hop: Card Sketch

Today we are using a card sketch you can see here. I used the greeting card designer template that comes with the Comfort Café Designer Series Paper download as my starting point. I just used the elements on the card and moved them around and added some flags until it looked like the sketch.

MDS Blog Hop: Food

I apologize for not following the theme today, but here is a layout I created using an 8" x 8" board book template that I converted to 12" x 12". (I showed how to do this in My Secret Studio- my online MDS class). I also recolored a few elements so the template matches the colors in my photo better. I'm almost done with her year 1 album so that I can send it off to get printed while the 31% off sale is still going on.

It's A Girl Layout + 31% Off Print Promotion

Happy Labor Day!

How appropriate that I am sharing a scrapbook page about when we found out we were having a girl. I love these pics- in one of them Esper has her mouth open and her hand tucked under her chin. She still sleeps like that. Layout design inspired by this one.
