Divided Page Challenge & Video Tutorial
Stampin' Up! has a challenge posted to make a divided page like the ones found in The Best Year Photobook Template. I love these templates and wanted to make one work for my Christmas pictures. I also wanted to switch it up a bit so I rotated the whole thing. Watch the video below to see how I did that.

Decorating Trees Layout
I am still loving the Game Day Photobook Template and used it as a starting point for this two-page spread. I simply switched out the paper and the colors to fit with these cute photos of my daughter going to town on some frosting. I hope you all had a fabulous Christmas! Esper and I certainly did. I'm loving all this free time I have to MDS. :)

MDS Blog Hop: Food
I apologize for not following the theme today, but here is a layout I created using an 8" x 8" board book template that I converted to 12" x 12". (I showed how to do this in My Secret Studio- my online MDS class). I also recolored a few elements so the template matches the colors in my photo better. I'm almost done with her year 1 album so that I can send it off to get printed while the 31% off sale is still going on.

MDS Blog Hop: Summer Fun
Today's theme is summer fun. I wanted to use one of the new photo templates included with the MDS 2 upgrade and this one was perfect for my photos of Esper's first swim lessons. I also used the Family Fun Photobook Template and Epic Overlays.
I made another summer fun layout for My Secret Studio (my online class). I love the page I made so much I couldn't decide which one to post in my class and which one to put here. Every week I do a bonus project using the weekly theme and it's been so much fun.

Aquarium Layout Featuring Family Fun Photobook
Don't you love Photobook templates by Stampin' Up!? I certainly do. I picked two of my favorite layouts from this Family Fun Photobook Template and changed the color on one page so it matched the other. Add pictures and journaling and voila- two more pages to add to Esper's album. (One of these days I'll be caught up, right?) That photo of me and her is one of my favorites. :)

MDS Blog Hop: Holiday Catalog
Today we are showcasing projects made using product from the new Holiday Catalog. My layout was super easy to make because I used a template that comes with the Toxic Treats Stamp Brush Set.
To make the two-page spread, all I did was go up to the Insert menu,
then clicked "Insert Duplicate Page Mirrored." As you can see, I moved
the elements around on the mirrored page, but this made it super easy to
coordinate my two pages.
If you are interested in my online "My Secret Studio" class, every Friday I show a bonus project using the MDS Blog Hop theme- so today it's MORE Holiday Mini digital products! Click here to join.

We have a new member of the Blog Hop from now on! Please welcome Kimberly Van Diepen to the group. :)

Using Templates To Get Caught Up
I still haven't printed a photobook for Esper's first year because I'm still not done scrapbooking it. So lately I've been trying to catch up on the rest of the photos and events. I decided I would try to use as many templates as possible so that I could create quickly. Here's a bunch that I got done last night.
This layout uses the Oh! Baby Photobook Template. I used the Change Project Size/Type tool to convert the 8"x8" page to 12"x12". See my tutorial here on how to do that. I also added a ribbon and bow.
I did the same size conversion on this layout from the Floral District Photobook Template. I added a ribbon and hodgepodge label.

This template is from the Year in Review Photobook Template.
This page uses the On the Go Kit which I insist is not just for boys. Though I did have to change the title from "Our Little Man."
